Free Roof Estimate.
Our Barco Roofing estimate is a proposal/contract that spells out your options in terms of products by brand name, services and prices. The roof quote you receive will be accompanied by product samples and color choices. Our courteous staff is available to assist you in this process.
Your estimate should be more than a checklist; you want to be sure your proposal is customized to your roofs specific needs. Our thorough estimates for a new roof always starts at the top! We will walk your roof, inspect it for damage and take accurate measurements. We check skylights, attic vents, chimney caps and pans, flashing, fascia, soffits, gutters and siding. Then we give you a comprehensive proposal that details the job and includes the estimated cost.
Review of Warranties with Roofing Estimate.
We will explain the warranty coverage for both our workmanship and the manufacturer's materials. The manufacturer's warranty paperwork will be sent to you, once the job has been completed and paid in full. Most residential re-roofs we install have a 10 year workmanship warranty, plus the manufacturer's warranty.
